NEIGHBORHOOD

Living in West Loop and
Fulton Market

812 Adams sits on a quiet block in Greektown, two streets south of the busiest restaurant corridor in Chicago. You get the calm side of the neighborhood and a four minute walk to the loud side.

West Randolph Street, avec Restaurant

WEST RANDOLPH STREET, FOUR MINUTES NORTH OF THE BUILDING

Restaurant Row on Randolph

Randolph between Halsted and Ogden is the reason people move here. Girl & the Goat, Au Cheval, Avec, Monteverde, Bad Hunter. You will not get a Saturday table without planning, but you can walk in on a Tuesday at nine and eat well. Coffee happens earlier, at Sawada or Little Goat.

Fulton Market

North of Lake Street the old meatpacking blocks now hold Time Out Market, Soho House, and the Google Chicago office. It is the fastest changing eight blocks in the city and it is a ten minute walk from your lobby.

Greektown

Your immediate block. Greek Islands and Artopolis have been on Halsted for decades, the National Hellenic Museum is around the corner, and the street festival takes over Halsted each August.

Mary Bartelme Park

Four minutes away on Sangamon, with a dog run, a splash feature in summer, and the steel arches that everyone photographs. Skinner Park is the same distance in the other direction, with the track and the tennis courts.
