The rooftop deck

Six thousand square feet on the penthouse level, with an unobstructed view of the downtown skyline. There are outdoor grilling stations, lounge seating, and a stainless steel indoor kitchen for the nights Chicago decides it is not patio weather. It is the single most used space in the building between May and October.

Fitness room

On the penthouse level, directly beside the roof deck. Cardio and strength equipment, city light through the windows, and no membership to cancel. The commute is an elevator ride, which removes most of the excuses.

Parking, EV charging and bikes

Heated garage parking is available on site, with dedicated EV charging spaces for residents who drive electric. Bike storage is included at no extra cost, which most people here use more often than the garage.
